4.3 Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the shipping carrier according to agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

5. Quality & Inspection

5.1 All goods are manufactured according to confirmed specifications and undergo standard quality control.
5.2 The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon arrival.
5.3 Any quality issues must be reported in writing within 7 days after receiving the goods, along with:

* Batch numbers
* Detailed descriptions

* Discount for future orders

6. Warranty
